How to Login to Brightspace
1. In a browser, go to brightspace.algonquincollege.com
2. If you are already logged in to any Algonquin College system, for example your email, you will be automatically logged in to Brightspace and can skip to step 6.
3. In the next window, Enter your Algonquin College email address which will re-direct you to the College’s login page.
4. Alternately, you may be prompted to pick an account. Click on your College email and click Next. A message is displayed and it directs to the Algonquin Brightspace Sign-in page.
5. On the Algonquin Brightspace Sign-in page, Enter your your Algonquin College UserID (this is your full email address) and Password. Click Sign In.
6. You are now logged into the Brightspace Learning Management System.
Note:
If you are not yet logged into another Algonquin College system (email, for example), after you click Sign in you may then be prompted to enter the digits displayed on your Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device for Multifactor Authentication (MFA). Additional information about Multifactor Authentication can be found on ITS’ website: Multifactor Authenticator Help. For assistance with MFA, please reach out directly to ITS (contact information is listed below).
If you receive an error telling you your account doesn’t exist, simply use one of the contacts methods below to contact us.
