Using Intelligent Agents as a Custom Reporting Tool

As much as people mostly use Intelligent Agents because they can automate emails to go out to learners, you don’t always have to send an email, and if you don’t opt to send an email, you can use them as custom reporting functionality on a  course by course basis.

Use Case 2: Who has consistently got lower grades in activities.

Use Case 3: Who has not visited the majority of content or completed the learning outcomes by a mid-point in the course.
