Enroling Coordinators in a Course (Homeroom Course Shells)

Enroling Coordinators in a Course

This article provides step-by-step instructions explaining how department Chairs can enrol Coordinators in course shells (typically homeroom course shells).  By default, Chairs are automatically added to all program homeroom course shells each term.

To add a Coordinator to a homeroom course shell

1. From within the homeroom course shell, click on Tools in the navbar and select Classlist from the drop-down menu.

2. Click on Add Participants > Add Existing Users.

3. In the search box, type the name of the user you wish to add to the homeroom course shell and click on the magnifying glass.

4. Click on the checkbox to the left of the user’s name.

5. Select the Instructor role.

6. Click the blue Enrol Selected Users button.

7. Click Done, or if you wish to add additional users to your course, click on the Add more participants button.
