Accessing Your Scheduled Zoom Meetings via Brightspace

1. From the navbar, go to Tools and select Zoom Classroom. If prompted, give permission to proceed.

2. A new tab or window will open.  On the Upcoming Meetings tab, find your meeting in the list and click Start.

When prompted, either download and install the Zoom app or, if you have already downloaded it, open the app

You may also choose to join using your browser, but please note that there are limitations in the browser version.

3. When the audio configuration pop-up appears, click on the Test speaker and microphone.

4. Follow the steps to test your microphone and speakers, ensuring that your volume is turned up.

5. If you prefer to call in, rather than using computer audio, click on Phone Call, or click on Call Me to receive a phone call that provides your audio connection. Otherwise, click on Join with Computer Audio.
